One of the most sought-after models within the house of Chanel is the Jumbo Classic Flap, currently serving many wait lists. Some of its more drool-worthy varietals of this holy grail of a bag is a patent lambskin jumbo classic flap bag.
This classic flap, while part of the classic line, is a special one; not one of your standard pieces but a luxurious 2.55 version of the sold-out classic patented distressed goatskin classic flap collection of 2009. This item was extremely limited in production. Careful detail was obviously paramount when designing this piece - it has a brushed ruthenium gunmetal hardware that is a dark pewter color, and contrasts nicely with the glossy sheen of the patented goatskin. Exquisite.
This item is in very good condition with very few signs of normal use. The main sign of use is a slight darkening of the edge on the right side of the bag towards the top of the flap; see photo to see contrast between left and right side. Barely visible but present, one can see the difference between the two sides. This does not detract from the beauty of the bag. The patent crinkled goatskin is meant to be distressed but puffy, and glazed well, contrasting with the dark brushed ruthemium hardware. Corners are clean. Interior shows slight wear but no major stains. Please see photos for details.
